Alpacas in the USA! Home | Member Login

There are many ways to become involved in alpacas - we are agisting (boarding) our alpacas with other farms as we build up our herd for the future. We can offer a unique perspective on this approach, and we always like to talk to people interested in these wonderful animals. If you have questions about the boarding process, or anything else having to do with alpacas, we'd love to talk with you!

Living in New England, I am frequently reminded of our country's roots, for example when I come to abandoned stone walls while out in our quiet woods. Central to our regional history is the role many New England small farmers played during the revolutionary war. These farmers believed a new way of life was not only possible, but necessary. Many took great personal risks to act on these convictions.

Today, in choosing to work with with alpacas, modern Americans can ourselves find a new way. We can focus on building futures that preserve our environment and fulfill us. We can bring natural, desireable goods to the world market. We can ensure our North American alpacas set new standards for alpaca fleece. Finally, we can give our alpacas long and pleasant lives contributing to our national fiber industry.

At Patriot Alpacas, we are excited to be on this journey and hope you will consider joining us, as a customer or partner, and more importantly, friend. We have many steps yet to take, but we believe strongly in the positive change that will result.
