Morning Starr is the sort of girl you really want to "have and to hold" tight as an important part of your foundation herd. She is an easy going, pretty gal, a natural production dam and a very good mother. If you're not all that experienced with alpacas yet, Morning Starr will show you the way.

Morning Starr has a very fine fleece with excellent handle. She is vicuna marked, with a medium fawn primary color and a beige color on the underside (belly, inside of legs, etc.) Many breeders consider Fawns to be a mandatory "staple" to any breeding program working for color, as they can produce the whole spectrum depending on to whom they are bred.

She has produced two rose grey cria when bred to grey, which is an excellent trait to have, also. Greys of all shades are extremely popular!

Morning Starr's crias consistently possess a long staple length, & very soft fine fiber. Conformationally, Morning Starr's cria are long legged, weigh up to 22 lbs, and are very healthy, just like their mother.

Morning Starr has never had difficulties delivering or breeding. Morning Starr almost always carries her babies for 365 days but they are certainly worth the wait.
