FMF Dovey - Lease Available
DOVEY is an adorable, sweet alpaca. Her first cria was a phenom of a girl "CRISTAL" after being bred to our stud MA MULTOMBA.
I was so impressed with this baby, her look and her fiber - that I have decided to keep CRISTAL in my herd.
DOVEY has Rose and Silver Grey lineage on her dams side and has some silver and brown spots in her blanket even though she is registered as a bay black. I believe she may be able to pass her silver grey genes. She is from a line of females with excellent mothering and milk production and she is no exception.
Look at her 2005 Fiber analysis (at 19 months of age and prior to having a cria) 16.9 micron and 100% comfort factor!!
Her full brother DIABLO is still at 21 microns so I would assume this is due to baby production and the extra nutrition we give our pregnant and lactating dams.
She is easy to work around and with and is confirmationally correct.
She is bred to our herdsire ADRIANO for a Fall 2008 cria, and after seeing SUGAR which was produced by her mother and ADRIANO - I cannot wait for this cria.
