The Captain's genetics are really something special. A super-fine 18.4 micron beige, Captain's got grey coursing through his veins from both sides of his pedigree. His sire is the acclaimed "Smokey" & his grandsire is the well-known & revered late Accoyo "PPeruvian Pluro." Captain's dam is a rare, smokey, medium rose grey, but with a dark face (most greys have a white or light colored face).
Discerning breeders of quality huacaya alpacas recognize the outstanding traits Captain carries & we can all now see his ability to impart those traits to his crias.
