Chablis is a big boned Accoyo girl with fine fleece(20 micron) She is dense,with nice bone structure and an exceptional 8" staple length when stretching the crimp flat. You can see from her crimp picture, she has nice crimp, too. Shes been bred to Accoyo Legacy's fawn son, Accoyo Princepe Dorato.
Chablis has some great bloodline which include Vengador and Shere Kahn. Legend says Kahn was the best Don Julio herdsire of all time! Chablis dam came straight from the famous Accoyo Ranch in Peru thru the Canadian import.
