RDWD's Peruvian Black Diamond - 1/8 Accoyo!
*Update: Diamond is growing very nicely, already 67lbs at only 5 months old!"
"It's a GIRL...and she's TRUE BLACK!"
Our foundation female Katie had already proven herself to be a rare producer with the birth of Jewel, her 2006 Reserve Champion winning UNIFORM Medium Silver Grey cria...and now Katie's gone and done it again!
RDWD's Peruvian Black Diamond has arrived, and she is a sight to behold. By selectively breeding our foundation female Katie, with the True Black 2005 National Reserve Color Champion Midnight Man, we have been rewarded with an extremely rare TRUE BLACK, full Peruvian female of ACCOYO genetics! (...Yes, I said "Accoyo" and "True Black" in the same sentence!...)
The infamous lines of Silvio, Accoyo Royal Fawn, Peruvian Black Forest, and Camelot dot her well-known lineage. Some of the best Black, Grey, and Fawn fleeces have merged to give her a SUPER FINE true black fleece with gorgeous LUSTER and BRIGHTNESS. Even her leg fiber shimmers in the sunlight like beautiful 'black diamonds'! Simply immersing your hands into her blanket will reveal its promising knotted architecture...we can't wait to see more! Her conformation is proving to be perfect with a nice head, square body, and straight lines.
Black Diamond is exactly what we were hoping for from this pairing. Her black and grey color heritage, combined with her promising fleece structure and conformation make her a good choice for your selective Black and Grey breeding programs.
What could a girl like this do for you?
